Together with Van der Velde & Hoen, we’re therefore exploring how AI can more intelligently organize repetitive tasks. This creates more time for personalized advice, guidance, and attention for clients. In Sterc.ONE, we developed George, Sanne, and Maxim, among others, for this purpose.
Each has its own task, and most importantly, they’re designed around the way Van der Velde & Hoen already works.

Meet George
Van der Velde & Hoen regularly shares videos of homes on social media. It’s fun to watch, but not so fun to have to create them from scratch every time.
George takes a different approach. Give him the link to a property, and he’ll gather the property details and available photos himself.
Is something missing? Then he’ll ask for it.
From home to story
George reviews the available footage, advises on whether to shoot the video in portrait or landscape orientation, and then writes the script.
Van der Velde & Hoen can still make adjustments to scenes, text, and visuals. All set? Then George creates the video using Van der Velde & Hoen’s digital avatar.
Shortly afterward, the finished video will be in your inbox.

Want to create a post, reel, story, or carousel? Sanne will put it together in the Van der Velde & Hoen tone of voice.
Need to make any adjustments? No problem. Satisfied? Then Sanne can publish the content for you.
